TRUCK CRASHES WHEN UNSECURED LOAD SHIFTS

PORTER — Police responded Tuesday afternoon to a crash on Interstate 94 eastbound near Indiana 49 when a semitrailer rolled over and spilled its contents on the roadway. Indiana State Police say Thomas E. Poling, 47, of Fairborn, Ohio, was on the ramp and going too fast when he braked for a slower moving vehicle.
